General merchandise may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All international orders are not returnable.  All furniture, wallpaper, drapery, carpets, twin duvet covers, and custom color bedding orders are Custom Orders and non-returnable.  All purchases of sale items are final.



If you would like to make a return, please contact us at contact@jillsorensen.com within 7 days of the delivery of your purchase for approval. Packages must be returned postage paid. Jill Sorensen Lifestyle will refund the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed and unused, and accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip.


Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive to you in the best condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. Save all damaged cartons until claims are settled.  For returns on damaged items please e-mail: contact@jillsorensen.com for arrangements on replacement, repair or credit.



Jill Sorensen Lifestyle orders will include additional shipping and handling fees that will be added to your order total.
